Event description

Inaugural South Carolina Women’s Business Summit
Friday, November 16

Presented and hosted by the Women’s Business Center of South Carolina at Columbia College
Sponsored by Grow with Google and the SC Department of Commerce Office of Innovation

Women business owners in South Carolina are doers and dreamers. They are ambitious and they are clear about their purpose. They see a better future for themselves, for their families and for their communities. They are rising to their highest potential, and they are reaching around to bring others along.

The South Carolina Women’s Business Summit is designed for women on a growth trajectory in their business. For women who want to thrive: in their business, in their life and in their community.

Empower yourself through the compelling stories of accomplished women who left their modest ambitions behind in favor of phenomenal success. We’ve assembled a line-up of achievement to seed the dreams you didn’t even know you had.

Engage with women entrepreneurs, executives, authors, and leaders who have charted their own path when no one else led the way and set their own table when they couldn’t get a seat. Learn best practices, pitfalls to avoid, and the right questions to ask at every stage of development and growth.

Truths and tricks shared by colleagues, mentors, and friends help us navigate the daily grind. Every day, every week, every month, every year: learn habits and practices that will help you form a winning lifestyle. Leave equipped to take on the small problems and the big challenges you face as a business owner.
