Event description

Description

This workshop takes place on a genuine goddess site. It is land that can be described as being in the shadow of the Goddess Eiru. During the Hazel / Wild Apple month in the popular Celtic tree calendar, it gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the mythical centre of Eiru, the matron goddess of Ireland. We will enjoy sound healing, Celtic tree meditations and sharing of our aspirations and inspirations derived from energetic work connecting with the trees. In addition, the land itself will be a blessing to wander in.

Hazel and Apple Energies

Our day will centre on understanding and working with the high energies of the hazel and wild apple tree that share this lunar month. In deeply rural Tipperary sacred trees share an immense sacred ceremonial site. This is reputed to be the final resting place for the goddess Eiru who was buried thousands of years ago. Gradually her De Danaan tribe retreated under the new rule of the Milesians. They live still underground, influencing those who wish to listen to their earth wisdom. Stories and myths apart, this site has great healing energies that the elementals support. It is full of ancient trees. In fact, at opposite sides of a gigantic man-made hill

lie the Jackie Queally at Goddess sitemost ancient hazel tree and the most ancient apple tree in Ireland. They grow still, marking out the movements of the sun in the sky at sunrise and sunset.

The site offers balancing energies and exudes focussed emotional healing. At this time of year it is a potent place to visit in regard to the evolution of the soul year that the trees demarcate.
