Chef Mama Tradition has years worth of experience in preparing healthy dishes. Most widly known for her natural recipes to cure ailments caused by eating bad meals. Mama Tradition will share simple, tasty recipes that you can easily try at home.

This cooking celebration is in honor of Empress Menen of Ethiopia. Empress Menen wife to Haile Selaisse the crowned King of Ethiopia, was famous for her dedication to the empowering women and furthering society by teaching the fundamentals of preparing a healthy meal.
Also a firm believer in entrepreneurship, Empress Menen was the catalyst for many new entrepreneurial endeavors. To continue the great legacy of Empress Menen we will be joined with product samples from two Chicago businesses:
