Pim Techamuanvivit is a lifetime curry enthusiast and the namesake of the incredibly popular food blog, Chez Pim. Her expertise runs the whole culinary gamut; from pie dough to rabbit rillette, from marmalades to thai curries, you will be astonished at what this woman knows!
Learn the ins and outs of shopping for the essential ingredients and
how to make curry paste from scratch. Pim will show you how to make
authentic, delicious Thai curries with the very best ingredients, at
the same time demystifying the spice cabinet. Learn how to tell good
store-bought pastes from bad and the best places in the area to find
what you need to make a great pot of curry from scratch. Pim will also
teach you how to properly pair wine with a variety of curries, a
challenging task for any home cook! At the end of the class we will
sit down and enjoy the curries of our labor together.
