Event Details

Join Heather Santos as she teaches bloggers in an intimate class on the fine art of pierogi-making. Supplies and ingredients will be provided.

 

Taught by Heather Santos (Midnite Chef.) Heather grew up in Canada where pierogies were a part of her family dinners and popular among the Polish and Ukrainian families in her rural town. Some were sweet, filled with blueberries; others were savory, filled with potato and cheese. A simple pierogi, a dumpling boiled then fried in butter, is a satisfying part of a meal and is often accompanied by sausage and onions.


You'll get hands-on training in making the dough and a delicious traditional filling. Bond with your classmates as you taste your handywork. When bloggers get together in the kitchen, magic happens!
