The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership is hosting this year's Annual Meeting as a hybrid in-person and online event. This is our in-person sign-up page to physically join us at Cure by Deerfield's Rooftop Terrace. Neighbors and stakeholders are encouraged to join as we discuss ‘Moving Forward’ as a district, the BID's Boundary Expansion, the state of the neighborhood, and our work over the last year.

2021 Annual Report: Moving Forward
On-site check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. The meeting starts at 4:30 p.m. A cocktail reception with light fare will follow.
All in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated and capacity is limited. Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend.
BID property owners, commercial tenants, businesses, and residents who wish to vote at the meeting must RSVP and register by Saturday, October 30th, 2021.
***Please note, expansion area stakeholders (depicted below in blue) are invited to vote for the first time in anticipation of the upcoming district expansion come January 1st, 2022.
Property owners, commercial tenants, businesses, and residents must register in order to vote at this meeting. Real property, commercial office space, and residential units within the newly expanded BID boundaries fall within the areas highlighted below in BLUE (expansion area) & ORANGE (original BID).
If you do not own real property, rent commercial office space, or own/rent a residence within the BLUE & ORANGE areas, please register as a non-voting member/guest.
