Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are known by many names: granny flats, in-law units, backyard cottages, secondary units and more. In recent years, California passed regulations in recent years to make it easier for homeowners to build these units on their property. ADUs can provide additional income, home value appreciation, flexible living options and so much more.
Abodu is a local ADU provider, that helps homeowners accomplish their ADU goals. Come join us at their showroom to learn more about their innovative program and take a tour of their model homes.
