You are in for a real treat! In this intimate and exclusive culinary experience, you will learn how to execute an indulgent Italian dinner consisting of fresh hand-made classic potato gnocchi paired with basil pesto sauce from scratch. You will also learn how to make tiramisu to end your meal on a sweet note. Once you master the basics of fresh pasta making in this class, you will be equipped to try different shapes and forms with your newfound knowledge and tips and tricks bestowed by Chef Steve.

In this hands-on, interactive class, you will learn step by step how to create, knead, and shape fresh classic gnocchi from scratch. Simple yet luxurious pesto sauce, also made from scratch, will coat your gnocchi that is cooked to perfection. To round out our scrumptious meal, Chef Steve will also teach you how to create decadent tiramisu, creamy and aromatic with espresso.

Once you have finished making you dish, we will dine together and say cheers to celebrate the fruits of our labor!

When we say "small group size", we mean it. If you sign up as a pair, you will be the only two guests present in the space so undivided attention and thorough instructions from Chef Steve every step along the way is guaranteed. Whether it is your partner, friend, or a family member, you can be sure this experience will help create special memories in a safe, intimate, and clean setting. Since this will be a private cooking class for you and your partner, if you have any allergy or food restrictions, please reach out to us beforehand and Chef Steve will do his best to customize the experience as much as possible. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
