Join us for an In-Person Campus Visit! Spaces are limited and we are taking every precaution to ensure a safe experience for all. Our UTSA Ambassadors are excited to showcase the campus and explain why UTSA is so special.
Your 45-minute tour experience will include:
- Welcome from UTSA staff
- Overview of COVID protocols and safety regulations
- Abbreviated Tour of Campus (Mainly Outdoors)
- Opportunity to shop at the Rowdy Campus Store

In-Person Campus Visit Requirements:
The UTSA Welcome Center is dedicated to the safety of our staff and all guests that will participating in the on-campus experience. In order to ensure a quality experience, all guests must:
- Register for the event in advance
- No additional guests or walk-up registrants are allowed
- All three (3) guests must be from the same household (student plus two guests max)
- Before arriving on campus, complete a Health Self-Assessment to check for symptoms
- While on campus, wear a face covering (medical or non-medical grade) that fully covers the nose and mouth when in public and common spaces. Visitors are encouraged to bring a back-up mask in case the primary one breaks or is compromised
- Adhere to all instruction by UTSA staff including Ambassador Tour Guide
In the event a campus visitor is not in compliance with our face covering policy, the university will engage in the Ask, Offer, Leave and Report Method.
If you do not wish to adhere to these policies, you can still enjoy our Virtual Tour at your own pace and message the Welcome Center for any questions.

About COVID-19 — Over the last few months, UTSA has been monitoring the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19 to ensure we are taking every precaution. After careful consideration, we will be offering limited In-Person Campus Visits. If spaces are filled, we recommend that you take advantage of our Virtual Campus Tour. There are plenty of opportunities to join us weekly!
