About this event
In this program, trained speakers will share their experiences of living with and managing mental health conditions. There will be time for a question and answer period at the end of the presentation.
This program is all about connecting around shared lived experiences with mental health and learning from others in a respectful, supportive virtual space. The presenters will share:
- What Happened - their original story and when they first developed symptoms
- What Helps - coping strategies, treatment, and other supports
- What's Next - reflection on their mental health journey and what they're looking forward to next
