The Future In-House, presented by Alex Center (Design Director at Coca-Cola): For the past nine years, Coca-Cola Design Director has been working in-house creating the brand, tone, and slightly humorous jokes that people have come to associate with the beverage brand vitaminwater. In 2007, The Coca-Cola Company purchased vitaminwater for $4.1 billion in the largest beverage acquisition of all time. Center will share his story, the things he’s learned working inside both a small and large organization and explain why he believes that the future of branding is in-house.

In this talk, Steve will touch on ways to think about tech and how creative production leaders can spot the micro and quantum shifts in our industry to stay ahead of the game.
5 Ways To Demotivate, Demoralize And Ultimately Destroy An In-House Creative Team, presented by Peter Leeds (Director, Global Creative and Brand Activation at Pitney Bowes): There’s all kinds of great information out there about how to do in-house creative right. But not everyone’s so well intentioned. If you’re hell-bent on destruction or, at the very least, out to do some real and lasting damage to your internal ‘agency,’ these little ditties should get things moving in the right (i.e. wrong) direction.
Lessons Learned Moving From Freelance To (Full-Time) In-house, presented by Kamey Butler (Associate Director, Creative Services at Michael Kors): Making the move from freelancer to full-time, in-house employee is an exciting career move for many creative professionals. But it can come with a definite dose of culture shock if you’re not used to working in a corporate environment. In her talk, Kamey shares five lessons she learned while making that transition from outside to inside herself.
