OSHA 30 Requirements OSHA requires 30-Hour In-Class training to be completed in 4 dates which each day a total of 7.5hrs: OSHA 30 Card ROI Safety & Compliance Services records and submits reports of all successful course completions to OSHA and the Department of Labor. DOL/OSHA Completion Cards are sent to ROI for signature and then mailed directly to the student (cards typically arrive 6 to 8 weeks after the successful course completion date).
