Social Media Marketing
In the first of our educational events, we'll be taking a look at how Social Media and Social Networks can be used to help boost the marketing mix of all kinds of organisations.
Starting with a look at Why Social Media Marketing can have a positive impact on the marketing activities of businesses, small and large, we'll quickly move into the What is Social Media Marketing anyway?
Where should you be actively promoting and engaging with customers, prospects, partners and influencers, the platforms open to you and How to use them. We'll also take a look at tools available to make life easier and methods for measuring effectiveness and success - it's not just about the number of followers!
We'll discuss the merits or otherwise of the most popular social sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SlideShare, Flickr and others. We'll also cover blogs, spokespersons, speed of response, frequency of posts and a number of other areas.
This interactive workshop is suitable for anyone who is either considering bringing in Social Media to their marketing mix, or has already taken the first steps and wishes to advance further.
