Good Vibrations are inviting Group Facilitators to take part in a one-day course

Improving Your Practice Using Mindfulness Techniques

Lead by experienced action learning facilitators and facilitator trainers with experience of mindfulness practice.

The day is most suited to facilitators who have trained with Action Learning Associates or another organisation which offers experience-based training, using a rigorous action learning model.

The aim of the course will be to understand, practice, and explore Mindfulness techniques to improve self-awareness and presence as a facilitator – for action learning sets and other group facilitations.

The will be £150 for the day.
