Event description

Description

"Our suppliers are very much part of the team at Ella’s Kitchen, and I always like hearing our people say “we” as opposed to “they” when talking about our suppliers”.

-- Mark Cuddigan, CEO, Ella's Kitchen

Overview

This is a unique program designed to trigger reflection on a company’s impact and concrete action that leads to transformative positive change.

This 1-day workshop is not for everyone – it is intended for leaders tasked with looking after the significant procurement activities and supply chains of large companies, bold leaders who are looking to drive and accelerate meaningful change within their organisation, supply chain and industry.

Participants will be exposed to a number of supply chain related challenges and opportunities that many multinationals are facing. The workshop is structured to provide ample time for discussion, sharing of experiences, and reflection. Participants will create an action plan they can begin implementing straight away.

This learning experience is the result of a collaborative effort between B Lab Europe and Pearl Consulting.

"This workshop exposed me to a number of issues relevant to developing a truly sustainable supply chain, and showed me how the B Corp framework helps companies be a force for good. It has also helped me develop a valuable network of industry experts in all different fields that I can lean on for advice and support".

-- Jenny Wanstall, Ethical Trading Manager, Oliver Bonas
