Event Details

Join us September 27 for new insights on treating high blood pressure, one of the quality metrics that are critical to your medical practice's reimbursements under value based payment. You'll learn about evidence-based strategies for improving your practice's high blood pressure numbers and hear from local practitioners about how they are helping patients control their condition. We'll also share best practices for treating patients with stage 2 hypertension, defined as 160/100 mm Hg or higher.

This training qualifies for 2.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.

Every medical practice will be given:

  • a high quality blood pressure monitor for home use
  • brochures and pill boxes for sharing with patients
  • posters for your examining rooms

A light breakfast will be served.

There is no cost for this educational session, however reservations are required.

For questions, contact Brenda Chapman at brenda.chapman@commongroundhealth.org or (585) 224-3145.
