About this event
In this 8-week course, you will join instructor David Chevalier for a deep dive into scene work, where you'll learn how to bring relationship, emotion, and character to the forefront of your improvisational acting. This course is a continuation of 201, the introduction to scene work, and focuses on creating scenes that last longer and are more satisfying to both watch and play in.
With over 15 years of experience as a performer and instructor, David will guide you through exercises and techniques to help you create dynamic and meaningful scenes that explore the relationships between characters and the feelings that arise from those relationships. This course is perfect for anyone looking to improve their scene work and take their improv skills to the next level.
Prerequisite: Completion of 201 with STF or another comparable improv school
Dates & Time: Classes will be Wednesday nights from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Kittery Community Center. First class is 2/1, and the final class will be held on 3/22. Snow dates/makeup dates will be determined if and when needed.
