Join us on Wednesday, November 8, 12noon-1pm at Kramer Hall for a discussion on the importance of various ways to achieve a higher level of fitness and the importance of it followed by a 30 minute yoga session perfect for beginner to intermediate levels. Yoga can promote flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or a large towel.

Luanne has worked for Stockton for over 16 years and has been in the field of Health Education for almost 25 years. She has a master’s degree in Psychology, is certified as a Meditation Instructor, Yoga Teacher, and Practitioner in Clinical Aromatherapy, as well as a Reiki Master. Luanne believes in overall fitness and has adhered to a regular workout regimen for most of her adult life and has also taught fitness classes and worked as a personal trainer.
