Implicit Bias - What is it? How do we address it?

Facilitated by Cheryl R. Drazin, Regional Director and
Sherasa Thomas, Education Director of
Anti-Defamation League Texoma Region

The Jewish Federation is pleased to partner with The Interfaith Alliance of Oklahoma for an engaging adult session focused on Implicit Bias, facilitated by Anti-Defamation League Texoma Regional office.

The program is part of ADL's A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Institute, a leader in the development and delivery of diversity education resources and anti-bias training. The training will focus on deepening participants' understanding of bias and ways in which it can manifest itself explicitly and implicitly in our lives. Participants will be challenged to recognize various forms of bias and their potential impact on individuals and communities and will identify ways to address biases in themselves and others.

This program is open to all adults and free to attend but advanced registration via this Eventbrite page is required.

Registrants will need to bring their Eventbrite ticket and a photo ID for admittance to the program.
