Option 2: Implementing a Continuous Feedback Culture in HMRC

Course summary

The ability to provide and seek Quality feedback is a major factor in building relationships, increasing performance, developing staff, increasing knowledge of self and leading your part of the organisation. This packed event provides exercises, discussions and models to improve your feedback skills.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the event you will be able to:

  • Explain the link between feedback, relationships and performance
  • Demonstrate the ability to give balanced feedback
  • Create a plan for asking for feedback


**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TWO PART COURSE STARTING ON 12th APRIL AT 10:00 – 12:00 AND CONTINUING ON 13th APRIL AT 13:00 – 15:30. ATTENDANCE AT BOTH EVENTS IS COMPULSORY TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE ACCREDITATION FROM CSL.**
