Event description

Description

To reach New York City’s ambitious goal of cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2050, the de Blasio administration has embarked on a series of steps to increase energy efficiency in the City’s large and mid-sized buildings, including the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan and a widely-anticipated package of legislative proposals to require large building owners to invest in energy efficiency and to provide new, low-cost financing tools to incentivize these investments.

Join us for a panel discussion about the opportunities and challenges presented by the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan and the legislative proposals that are expected later this spring—and to learn about some of the most exciting technologies and ideas that are helping property owners meet their efficiency goals.
