The economy is changing. Traditional management consulting skills no longer meet the needs of “Next Economy” organizations.

These new types of organizations are interested in far more than just making a profit--they are interested in creating social, environmental, and financial value for the benefit of all life.

This calls for a methodology and skill set inspired by the values that these companies demonstrate.

This training is for consultants who want to work (or already work) with Next Economy organizations. This training will help you:

What is the “Next Economy”? We define the Next Economy as an economy that works for all life and is served by organizations that are committed to bringing needed goods and services in a way that benefits all stakeholders.


Format: 4 part series, every Friday 1:00 - 2:30 PM EST 3/25/16, 4/1/16, 4/8/16, and 4/15/16. 1 hr personal call at end of training with each participant

Duration: 70 mins of content, 90 min scheduled to allow for checkins, checkouts, break

Style: short presentations ~5-10 minutes each, minimal slides, mostly questions & discussion

Size: 8 participants. We intentionally keep these trainings small to allow for personal dialog and attention.
