Attend online or in-person to find out about the different kinds of temporary and permanent paths available to legal U.S. immigration.

About this event

In this class offered by the William S. Boyd School of Law and Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, you’ll get an overview of the requirements for the various paths to legal immigration status, including family petitions, VAWA petitions, U-Visas, T-Visas, asylum, current DACA, and expanded DACA and DAPA (which are currently on hold by court order), among others. At the end of the class, you can sign up for a free consultation with an attorney.

If you are eligible for DACA renewal, a U-Visa, T-Visa, or under the Violence Against Women Act, you do not have to attend the class to apply for Legal Aid Center's services. Simply call 702-386-1070, ext. 1441, to schedule an intake appointment or click here to learn more.

This class is offered both in-person at Legal Aid Center and online through WebEx. Capacity is limited for the in-person class due to COVID-19 and masks are recommended.
