Immigration Compliance for Entrepreneurs – Know the Basics
Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Immigration compliance is a hot topic, and the government has been focused on enforcing laws and imposing penalties on employers who do not hire US citizens (which leads to bad press and other unfavorable consequences). Scott L. Kaufman and Najia S. Khalid from Wiggin and Dana LLP will be here to explain the most up-to-date information on immigration law and answer any questions you might have. They will address the “Need to Knows” with respect to recruiting and hiring foreign national workers and provide an update on the current status of the immigration reform proposals.
Join us at on in Jacobs Building Room 774 (JAB-774). Lunch will be provided.
