Immigrant Women's Circle: FRIENDSHIPS
Event Information
Description
This month we'll be focusing on FRIENDSHIPS!
Feeling lonely and undersupported can lead to depression, lack of vitality and unhealthy roomination. Currently, 40% of people who live in US share that they feel lonely.
Dr. Lissa Rankin calls loneliness our №1 public health issue. The facts tell us that air pollution increases our risk for mortality by 6%, obesity by 23%, alcohol abuse by 37%. And loneliness by 45%. Loneliness is also growing in other parts of the world.
I'll be offering guidelines on how you can create nourishing and supportive friendships.
During our time together we'll:
* Map out your Circles of Intimacy, so you can clearly see the current state of your relational life
* Make space for loneliness, so it can flow through you, rather than being energetically stuck
* Go through 5 steps of creating Soul Friendships
* Receive support in your explorations
* Ground the learning by taking Soul's guided action(s)
* Make new friends!
BONUS
* Embodied Visioning for 2020!
