About this Event

Meet these talented panelists from the UK working in the multimedia and new immersive technology spaces and learn about their work with different clients and brands.

The goal is to discuss innovation and business models in immersive technology spaces and to exchange ideas with leaders from the UK in pioneering and pushing forward immersive use and new multimedia in experiential marketing and brand advertising. How advertising storytelling is evolving with new tech and smart consumers? How do we create a narrative and design new advertising work for the future?

Meet the Panelists:

  • 2LK, Philip Doyne, Ditmas- Account Director

After spending time managing projects at various prominent companies including Button Plc and Bingham and Bingham, Philip joined 2LK. He has been an with 2LK since May of 2015 (out of their Surrey office) and in 2018 became was the first member of their USA branch focused on managing and expanding the firm’s client base across the pond.

Emlyn founded Bomper in 2014, following a decade of experience working as a freelance 3D artist for some of the world’s biggest agencies and brands. Initially starting out alone, he now works as the studio’s Creative Director, overseeing all of Bomper’s creative output. Emlyn is truly passionate about his craft, and it’s often his enthusiasm, dedication and attention to detail that takes a Bomper project to the next level.

Jesse Rowland is Head of Business Development for Igloo North America and is based out of the US head office in New Jersey. He joined Igloo in January 2016 as the 11th employee in the company and has played a central role in helping to expand the company's client portfolio and global reach. He has managed a number of Igloo key strategic accounts with companies including Uber, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Dunkin Donuts, SAP, and Platts. Prior to joining Igloo, Jesse studied International Development at The University of Sussex, before working in the non- profit sector in India for a year, followed by three years working in London in project management and business development roles.

As VP of Business Development at Laduma, Mike guides the strategic sales efforts for the company and enjoys guiding Laduma's clients from Microsoft to Boston Scientific to imagine the art of the possible. To unlock business value creation and to drive industry envisioning engagement via the latest immersive technology.

Red Frog Digital’s co-founder and CTO, Alessandro Mondaini, started his career in Computer Graphics in Italy in the early 90’s. Alessandro relocated to the UK in 2009 and joined Red Frog, where he established the company’s core strategy and focus namely Augmented Reality technologies. The company released its first commercial Augmented Reality book apps in 2012, effectively starting the "de facto” AR Book Publishing Industry. Under Alessandro’s guidance, the Company has since won 8 prestigious international awards. Alessandro has been central to a number of significant developments – the initial development of the Gear VR headset and more recently AR glasses and multi-user AR battling engines. Alessandro’s focus on quality and cutting-edge AR technologies has resulted in the company working with many of the world’s most successful brands including Jurassic World, Transformers, My Little Pony, Nickelodeon, Guinness World Records, Ice Age, Sainsbury’s and McDonald’s.

Marti Romances is Creative Director and co-founder at Territory Studio in San Francisco. Born and educated in Barcelona, Marti draws from a range of influences, disciplines, and perspectives to design breakout content for gaming, film, brand and digital clients. A motion graphic designer and multi-media artist, Marti articulates stories in the most captivating ways, drawing on his expertise of blending creativity with technology to realize innovative future-facing experiences for a myriad of clients. Marti’s technical virtuosity is on display in fantasy, futuristic, and commercial projects. His visual and experiential narratives define the future of film, UI graphics and motion design seen in The Martian, Avengers: Endgame, Ex Machina, Blade Runner 2049, and Guardians of the Galaxy — compelling designs that have attracted forward-thinking brands such as Huami, Land Rover, and Volvo who seek similar design work featured in real-world technology.
