April 1-8: Growing in Prayer and the Prophetic
What was the role of prophecy in the New Testament Church, and what is its’ role in the Church today? Fortunately the Bible has much to say on this subject, revealing that every Christian can personally hear from the LORD and is encouraged to speak what’s on His heart to others in order for them to be strengthened, encouraged and comforted in the grace of God.
This program combines theological teaching along with practical hands-on training to introduce the lifestyle, pitfalls, and protocol of prophecy, as well as addressing the unique challenges and blessings associated with prophecy in the end times. Participants will discover how God speaks, discern how to speak to others, understand the value of restraint and humility in prophetic ministry and grow in the gift of prophecy, whether in prophetic singing, exhortation, preaching, and/or evangelism.
This week you will:
*Encounter God’s presence
*Grow in passion for Jesus and His Word
*Be refreshed and strengthened in your spiritual life
*Build friendships with like-minded believers
*Get equipped to make an impact through corporate prayer
We invite you to join our IHOPKC family for eight days to gain insight into what it really means to “desire earnestly to prophesy” (1 Cor. 14:39), and how to honor this gift of the Holy Spirit by pursuing it with fervor, while administering it with excellence, whether in the context of individuals, campus ministries, or a local church family.
The $199 fee includes Bible teaching, worship, dynamic group discussion, practical hands-on equipping, Spirit-led ministry time, prophecy, and more.
We invite you to join our IHOPKC family for eight days to gain a deeper understanding of God’s unfolding plan for world redemption, along with our role both biblically and practically in worship, singing, and prayer unto the great harvest of souls at the end of the age.
