Hi! My name is Jasmine and I’m the Founder/creator of in My Heals. With in My Heals, I create all natural bath & body products to assist in the healing of your mind, body and spirit... all in the comfort of your own bathroom or sacred space. But let’s be real, there’s only so much healing we can do on our own. So the concept of this meet up is simple: let’s meetup and heal together, as a collective.

On a monthly basis, we’ll meet up and explore a different healing modality, together. It’s quite possible that you’ll meet others who you’ll want to keep in touch with outside of our meetup. This can be that community, where you can call someone up and say, “hey you wanna go to this meditation or workshop with me,” when you have no one else in your everyday circle to call or go with.

Your healing and your journey is of course your own; but this provides a space and community so that you can have support and maybe even a push of confidence to truly take your healing journey seriously. The meetup itself is free of course, but the activity cost will vary on the event by seven basis, with some being completely free.

Our first meetup was at Starbucks, but this is just a placeholder, as the locations and dates are TBD. Please check your emails for detailed information for each month.
