Anyone is welcome to attend our European Pagan Festival and Gathering in warm cabins in the Texas Hill Country held in the dead of winter to run the spirits amok. Family friendly, all are welcome, we party down, and then worship even harder.
When buying tickets consider donating to the scholarship fun, as we try to let two people each year attend who are unable pay for themselves.
HearthStone Grove and ADF proudly invites you to attend the Imbolc Retreat. Join us in Celebrating the Fire Festival of Imbolc.
This year's Texas Imbolc Retreat, an annual gathering in ADF's Central Region, will be held at the U-Bar-U campground, in Kerrville, located just outside the towns of San Antonio & Austin.
U-Bar-U Retreat & Conference Center is approximately 125 miles west of Austin in the scenic Texas Hill Country. It is located in the Southwest corner of Gillespie County and contains the second highest elevation in Gillespie County. The highest elevation is on the property contiguous to U-Bar-U. Directions located at http://ubaru.org/.
The site is completely fenced with a solar-powered entry gate. The available buildings consist of two cottages plus a storage barn, a sheep shearers' shed, and a 3100 square foot meetinghouse. The water is straight out of the Edwards Aquifer from a 300' well powered by a windmill and an electric pump. There is a Meeting House and four cabins, each of which accommodates about 10-12 people. There is one shower in each cabin and several more off the breezeway. There are ping pong, foos ball, bocci, horseshoes, a treehouse, rope swing, hiking trails, a campfire ring, two labyrinths, a card table, puzzles, games, piano, guitar and telescopes.
