From endothermic to exothermic reactions, and let’s not forget Edison's primitive attempts at chemical refrigeration, students will draw comparisons through experimentation in the lab. Comparing humans to machines, how our bodies regulate temperature, and what happens when we become over heated, at the wrong temperature, and so much more.

Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention
The Cade Museum for Creativity + Invention - located in Gainesville, Florida - is named for Dr. James Robert Cade, the physician, musician, researcher and inventor best known for leading the University of Florida team that created Gatorade. The Museum's mission is to inspire creative thinking, future inventors, and early entrepreneurs. The Museum is currently raising funds to open a 21,000 square foot building in downtown Gainesville by late 2015.
