Illuminate Education Workshop Series: Day 2 - On Track, Early Warning Syste...

The Illuminate On-Track Workshop Series will be held over three days. The series is designed for district and site leadership teams interested in collaborating with a regional network to develop a research-based early warning system. Each day of the series will have guided, hands-on, and collaborative learning opportunities. Your team will walk away with a list of data sets identified for the on-track module, a plan for implementation, at least one configuration built to pilot, and a cohort of contacts to reach out to moving forward.
Purpose & Goals
During the Workshop Series, we will dive into the research, explore best practices by grade spans, preview Illuminate tools and setup requirements for measures, and create an implementation plan to collect, report, and pilot the OnTrack module.
Day 1 will focus on the research, creating a vision for your first configuration, and a preview of the possibilities within Illuminate for widgets, reports, and analysis. We will also build a sample configuration together. Days 2 & 3 will only be open to attendees of Day 1 or district leaders who have worked with Illuminate to begin to design their on-track configuration. Day 2 will be all hands-on configuration building using custom reports, performance bands, and the on track module. Day 3 will be troubleshooting, next steps, and intervention focused. All three days will include times for collaboration and implementation planning.
Who Would Benefit?
We recommend that districts attend as a team that includes Site and District Leaders as well as at least one Data Lead for Day 1. The team attending will need at least one person with System Admin access or have access to the OnTrack User account with specific permissions already shared to them (ask your Implementation Manager).
