There is a ground-swell of excitement around this Seminar because we are tailoring it to the responses received from our last Member Survey, conducted earlier in October. Not only that but in recent memory this will be the first Seminar in which all but one speaker is sourced from the ILLOWA territory comprising Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. We have much InfoSec talent in ILLOWA to help us all grow professionally. Our Chapter is here to encourage that growth. We look forward to seeing you at the Radisson next Tuesday, Oct 24th!

Can I register for a group?

Yes, but afterwards please email us those names for whom you registered so that we may include them on the CPE sign-in sheet.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Contact the organizer through Eventbrite. Typically a "contact" button is on the event page near the organizer's description.

Should I bring a government-issued ID?

Yes. A driver's license or student-ID card will work.

For attendees requesting CPEs, we may use the government-issued ID to verify your place in our Chapter's member-roles.

What's the refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by 11:30pm on October 19th or send a substitute.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

If the name you used to register in Eventbrite matches your government-issued ID, then no.

Substitutes should bring printed tickets.

Can I update my registration information?

Contact the organizer with updates to registration information otherwise we can update during breakfast prior to the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, print out your ticket and give it to your substitute. We may compare the ticket against a governement-issued ID.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If there is a mismatch, we assume the ticket is for a substitute that you designated.
