Penny Appeal USA is a nonprofit development organization working to alleviate poverty through sustainable programs. Their mission is to bring about an equitable world by tackling the root causes of poverty, while bridging the gap between funders and poor communities in order to work together on long-term solutions that can help end intergenerational poverty.

“illarious” captures the sentiment and experience of communities targeted by the anti-immigrant / ‘anti-other’ climate in our country today. The tour features material that cheekily explore the themes of ‘being misunderstood’, ‘being unwanted’, and the thought-provoking juxtaposition of being Muslim in America.

Featuring an assortment of well known special guests, ‘illarious’’ is a family-friendly engagement for all ages bound to leave you laughing, thinking, and exploring what it means to be ourselves in the world.

In aid of Penny Appeal USA's OrphanKind
OrphanKind is designed to help transform the lives of disadvantaged orphan children, offering them a better future in a secure family setting.Each of the homes in our OrphanKind village houses 10 orphan children and together with a trained foster mother, they form a family. The community is designed to provide for the complete nurturing of each child through education, access to quality healthcare, and the love of a foster mother to tend to their emotional and psychological needs.
