Are you a crafter? Do you teach an art class, or maybe you are refinishing your #vanlife ride, but are looking for an inexpensive way to do so? Look no further, IIDA Boise City Center is here to help with their award-winning, bi-annual event, ZeroLandfill!

ZeroLandfill is an upcycling event in which we collect donated samples, excess project materials, and building products to be re-purposed and diverted from landfills. Donations can be anything from 24” x 24” carpet tiles to colorful floor/wall tiles, to fabric swatches, to even unused commercial-grade glass whiteboards. We never know what we are going to get in, but it is our mission to collect as much as we can and find ways to repurpose and divert from landfills. In 2020 we were able to divert over 30,000 lbs worth of waste! Did we mention we do this all for FREE? That's right! Bring your shopping bags, crates, or wagon because you are going to want to FILL them all up!

Now, you may be asking “how do I get my hands on said materials?” You can join us on April 22, 2023 (Earth Day) at Freeform’s Warehouse (351 N Mitchell St # 200, Boise, ID 83704), from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The first 25 people in line will get an exclusive IIDA ZeroLandfill swag item!
