Topic – Ambiguity Analysis

The presentation will focus on the challenges ambiguity in requirements poses, some common ambiguous terms/phrases, and how to correct them.

Bio

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rita Haberlandt is a Senior Business Analyst at Hewlett-Packard, and has 29 years of experience in IT, including programming, project management, program management, and business analysis.  The past 10 years have been focused on Business Analysis, and she obtained her CBAP in 2011.  Rita is also part of an HP SWAT team that consults and works with accounts that need help in the BA capability.
