Event Details

Ignite Good envisions a world where those who serve have the courage to share their authentic stories and use those stories to call others to join them in building a more compassionate future.

Together with our partners at the Huffington Post we invite you to hear the stories of millennial service leaders as they paint their vision for the future of Philadelphia by telling you their stories.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration Prefered but not required. Donate if you'd like to help us cover the direct costs of the event.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Ignite Good and Huffington Post

Ignite Good fosters more interconnected and mutually supportive local communities. We do this by hosting gatherings and workshops that support participants' efforts to become more powerful storytellers. At these events we use story and curated invitations to set the stage for participants to find common ground with unlikely allies and to increase the likelihood they'll discover and explore solutions together. Through working on each other’s stories together, participants develop a deeper sense of shared ownership in each other’s success. Because we also teach the power of shared narratives (i.e. "The Story of Us") participants leave with a greater sense of common purpose and aggregate potential. We're different from the other organizations who do related work because our events invite participants that reflect a broad scope of the communities where we work and because we prioritize ensuring significant millennial representation.
