Description

"Human movement is an act of manipulating the balance of applied and resistive forces to achieve a desired outcome. Of these forces, we must find ourselves in constant equilibrium with one force in particular, gravity." -The Posturelate

Many forms of measuring and perfecting human function exist in today's exercise world. In fact, so many that we hesitate to use the word "function" as it has been applied recklessly to many practices. Meridian Physiotherapy Technique (MPT) gives us the ability to unleash the structural integrity of the human body by re-igniting the muscles and fascia, or the "Meridian," that performs the body's most basic function: withstanding gravity. This is done through exercises and acupressure that release compensating meridians and restore function to the "Anti-Gravity Kinetic Chain" which aligns very closely with the Ancient Kidney Meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Co-developers have successfully treated over 100,000 patients worldwide with techniques that ensure autonomic or subconscious activation of the correct muscles to decrease pain and increase feelings of lightness, coordination, and overall health. Join us, online or in-person, in the presentation of over 20 years of combined practice and technique development.
