Description

Expert Training from the Wolf Group:

Igniting Innovation through Empathy

Deep Empathy Training and the Design Thinking Process

Continual Innovation is crucial for companies and organizations to not only grow business, but to sustain!

Innovation Efforts often fall flat, failing to build business because they lack a critical component – passionate buyers.

This highly interactive, innovation workshop will help you break through to the Big Ideas by experiencing new tools that show you how to nudge aside assumptions to go deep into human understanding. Importantly, you’ll also learn how to bring the new skills into your innovation process.

Delivering Innovation that ignites passion in your buyers!

Empathy is crucial to any innovation effort. The common definition of empathy is incomplete. True empathy is more than just imagining someone’s experience, it is about choosing to have an experience that puts you in touch with the mind, heart and gut of the matter, including subconscious motivations.

Through case studies, proprietary self-awareness and empathy exercises, cognitive science tools, and the Design Thinking Model you and your team will take away tools to deliver break-through innovation for your organization.

In this fully packed 2-Day workshop you will:

  • Sharpen your innovation skills through personal discovery

  • Enhance your creativity and innovation expertise with hands-on experience

  • Understand Consumer/Client 360 – including retail / selling environment

  • Apply concepts to a real life situation in small group collaboration

Come on your own or bring your team of 4+ for group discounts.
