INVESTMENT: Sliding Scale $20 - $45 (+ fees)

My work is rooted in love & in service to the greater collective healing of all. Which is why I would like my offerings to be as accessible as possible, while still earning what I need to thrive, in order to continue providing these offerings :) It is a delicate dance, and although it is not the structure I would have created, we do live in a world where we need money to thrive. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

✧Quiet space where you can move your body. You don't need a ton of space but enough to dance. **NO prior dance experience necessary.**

(PLEASE NOTE- by partaking in any dance movement you take full responsibility & ownership of your body & her needs, honoring what you are physically able to do in each moment. If you are unsure please seek the support of a medical professional).

✧ A journal + your favorite pen.

✧ Clothes that you both feel beautiful in AND can comfortably move your body with.

✧ Headset - to minimize background noise & get the best audio experience, especially when music is played.

✧ Water / Tea - whatever will nourish you

LOGISTICS:

▽ We will gather via Zoom for 2 hours.

• The Zoom link will be added to the Online Event Page and sent in the event reminder emails.

▽ Ensuring that everyone feels safe is my #1 priority & I have found the below helps keep the safety & sacredness of the circle:

• Video will be required to be ON for the gathering, since this is a women's only event, to honor the integrity & safety of the space.

▽ When you register for this event you are consenting to join my ignitedHEART community via receiving heart letters, as this is how I will email the recording of the gathering, playlist, & practices after the event. (The heart letters are filled with love, wisdom, & inspiration. I hope you will stay as part of the community, but you can of course, unsubscribe at any time).
