We are bringing the outdoors in by working from the inside out. Join us for this exciting new series of indoor yoga to help us get through the winter. Each week we will have two yoga classes, Wednesday and Saturday. Come to one or come to both!
Also included will be daily challenges and guest interviews using live online video.
Yoga classes are every Wednesday at 5:45pm and every Saturday at 9:00am. After each yoga class there will be a 15 min Meditation and Discusion based on the topics below to help Ignite Your Soul.
