A workshop focused on discovering your potential which will incorporate strategies to help achieve success within your sphere of influence and how to better serve your church family.

PREPARATION

The workshop will facilitate a series of professional assessments to help identify your abilities, career path, strengths, areas of development, and your spiritual gifts. After you register, you will be granted access to an online assessment portal. It is very important that you complete all the necessary prerequisites and questionnaires BEFORE you arrive at the workshop.

ASSESMENTS

Access to the following assessments will be sent to you using the email you provide as part of your registration:

• Clifton Strengths -Gallup (book and access code to online assessment will be handed or mailed to you upon registration).

• My Self Career Guidance Report- Saville Assessment (online access)

• My Spiritual Gifts - Natural Church Development (online access)

• Fivefold ministry test - full version

OPTIONAL ASSESMENTS

• 16 personality test - Free online access

• Brene Brown - Daring leadership assessment - Free online access

• Brene Brown - Wholehearted inventory

CHILDCARE

Childcare provided upon request and for an additional cost of $10 per child (includes care and lunch). You must request it during registration.

DATES

The workshop is divided in two parts to give you the opportunity to work on your results between the sessions. You must plan to attend both sessions.
