Description: In todays session you will learn about the following
- Learn negotiation tips.
- Understand the most common points of negotiation.
- Walk through the Three Ps approach to the negotiation process.
- Identify negotiation tactics and counter tactics.
Ignite is Keller Williams University’s signature training course for all real estate agents. It has a single objective—to propel agents into immediate productivity with an emphasis on action—learning for earning’s sake while working in your business during class.

To fully participate in Ignite you will commit to:
- Completing all activities including the Daily 10/4 (habit-building lead generation actions)
- Building a database of at least 200 new contacts
- Practicing and using scripts
- Making business phone calls and asking for business and referrals every day
- Sharing your KW mobile search app
Ignite consists of:
- Twelve three-hour classes, MWF over 4 weeks
- Eight Mission days, TTh over 4 weeks – working in your business with support of peers
- Ignite Homebase website with all the resources you need for success in the class
- Daily 10/4 activities tracked through myTracker
- Workbooks, scripts, videos, checklists, job aids and more
- Built-in accountability
- Certified Ignite Faculty with proven success in real estate
