Are you a gamechanger, innovator or leader? Are you looking for new tools and techniques to promote collaboration, innovation, and creativity in your team or organization? The Changethink workshops were designed with you in mind. All of us have experienced meetings and workshops that are boring, unproductive and not engaging. It is often the process or lack there of that makes them this way. The Changethink Workshops Series is designed to equip you with tools you can easily pull out to do the agenda planning for you. Tools that move you and your team to the results you are looking for. This workshop series (put together by professional facilitators) is about experimenting with these tools and bringing them back to your organization. They might be canvases, techniques, or exercises but they are all easy to pull out and use with your team to take the boredom out of your meeting and get you further faster.
Tool #5 - Innovation Tools
You've probably spent a lot of time thinking about how to innovate your business to create more effective processes, products, and ideas that meet the changes in our world. But like so many things in life, we often get so bogged down in just keep things afloat that we don't have time to actually dig into innovation. In a lot of ways, we might not even know what innovation means. It's time to change that. In this one-day workshop, we will help you build a clearer understanding of what innovation means to you, and share with you a variety of innovation tools that will help you figure out not only where to innovate in your business but the steps to do so.

Jill is a process consultant and facilitator bringing over 10 years of experience in workshop design/facilitation, program/instructional design, consulting, and project/event management in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors. She has a keen interest in organizational development, systems thinking, visual facilitation, design thinking, leadership, learning, neuroscience and strategic play.
