IS THE WORKSHOP VENUE WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?

Yes, there is a lift from the carpark to our front door with wide electronic doors and no stairs.

HOW DO I GET THERE & IS THERE PARKING?

Ringwood is very well situated;
•	just off the Eastern Freeway – Eastlink
•	next to Ringwood Train Station and Bus Terminal. See ptv.vic.gov.au
•	there are 6-hour carparks at the station and paid parking opposite at Eastland Shopping Centre
•	The Sebel & Sage Hotels are adjacent  - Stay & Play

ARE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS CATERED FOR?

•	Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking up until 3 days before your workshop
•	Depending on the workshop  - you may be able to bring your own food if preferred.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Accepted Answer

We allow for refunds if:
•	the event is cancelled.
•	the event is postponed & not rescheduled within 90 days of the postponement.  
•	If requested up to 30 days before the event starts 100% refund
•	If requested up to 1 day before the event starts 50% refund OR 100% if we can resell your ticket.

Solo participants are very welcome, and we encourage you to share your successes and frustrations with the group. 
It can be useful to participate with a colleague or friend so you can bounce ideas off each other during the day and become each other’s accountability buddies throughout the year.
