With everyone afraid to hire and fire for fear of a lawsuit, you need to know how to protect yourself as you build your next level team.  We will talk about the common (and hidden) pitfalls in recruiting and employee relations and how to handle these challenges as a small organization.  We will discuss the importance of diversity, appropriate record keeping as it relates to hiring and documentation of employee behavior and the best way to set up master files for benefits, employee relations and personnel documentation.
