In the webinar Joe Hart and Stephen McNorton will give a brief overview of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations 2002 and the Approved Code of Practice L138.

They will outline what constitutes a 'Dangerous Substance' and discuss when you may need a DSEAR Risk Assessment within the workplace, what the expected content would be and detail the requirements for defining the competency of an assessor.
