Description

If So, What? is an immersive event where an international art fair meets a pioneering music festival, complete with cutting edge innovation projects and a host of talks by leaders in the fields of technology, art, and design. Buy your tickets now to experience revolutionary virtual and augmented reality projects, interactive media installations, keynotes and panel discussions on everything from cryptocurrency to big data and the future of online platforms, and showrooms and exhibitions by galleries and curators from around the world.

Join us for the first-ever edition of If So, What? at the San Francisco Landmark Building Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, April 26–29, 2018.

This four-day fair will take place at the same time as StARTup Art Fair SF, Art Market SF at Fort Mason and the Decorator Showcase House. All events are in walking distance to each other. In addition a free shuttle will connect all venues starting from Friday to Sunday, between noon–7pm. The shuttle leaves every 40 minutes from each venue.

CODAME WORKSHOP

Daily Workshops from April 27–29, 12–02pm, $145 per workshop participant ($99 tax deductible)

  • Create art with machine learning and Artificial Intelligence? Join Art and Technology Not-for-Profit CODAME for a 2 hour workshop to learn about DeepDream and AI technologies to create new forms of art. Workshop will be held by Jamaican-born interaction designer and artist Gary Boodhoo from 12.00-2:00pm at the Palace of Fine Arts. Participation is limited to 20 people. Artworks created by workshop participants will be showcased at If So, What? and at the annual CODAME ART+TECH Festival.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Children 12 and under have free admission when accompanied by an adult. As a safety precaution, all children need to be accompanied by an adult all the time. Valid ID must be shown with all discounted tickets.

What's the refund policy?

All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future events.

Will the Single Day pass give me access to music and speakers?

Absolutely. The Single Day Pass will give you access to the speaker and music program of the day selected.

Will the evening music pass give me access to art and design?

Absolutely. While the speaker program ends before the music program begins in our Piazza, the art and design exhibitions are open for visit throughout the evening.

Will there be tickets for purchase at the door?

We highly encourage to purchase advance tickets to avoid long waiting lines. No cash sales and discounts will be available at the fair: card payments only.
