Event description

Description

One's interests can spark an idea but an idea with a good plan will inspire innovation - the foundation of every entrepreneur's or small business owner's journey. Join BioSTL and CET for an evening of discovery and hands-on learning to help you begin your journey.

The evening will begin with an overview of the ideation process, or how one comes up with business ideas. This will be followed by a small group activity to get your problem-solving, solution-finding muscles warmed up. We will wrap-up the evening with the opportunity to learn more about the SQ1 Ignite and Bootcamp programs and other resources available in the community. Highly recommended for dreamers, doers and the entrepreneurially curious of all ages and backgrounds who want to get connected, hone their skills and/or get serious about vetting their business idea.

Evening Schedule:

  • 5-5:30pm: Registration

  • 5:30-7pm: Presentation and Activity

  • 7-8pm: Wrap-up, Resource Overview and Networking

Light food and refreshments will be provided.
