Event description
Using technology right - and using the right technology - can improve your services and increase staff efficiency. But how to get started?

About this event

For organizations planning to improve their technology use or add technology to their nonprofit's daily operations, we’ll look at the role technology can play in work efficiency, its various benefits, and how to overcome team resistance to using new technology. Just adding a new program or process doesn't guarantee efficiency and effectiveness -- it requires identifying your organization's needs, training to use the new technology, and a structure to ensure the desired outcomes. This session also provides some initial coaching, allowing participants to ask questions specific to their organization's unique situation.

Who Should Attend: Nonprofit leaders, managers, Executive Directors and Board members

Discounted Rate: $50 (from the regular $75 fee)

If you are a CNM Member or Scholarship Recipient, please send an email to pnavarro@cnmsocal.org to receive your discount code.

Virtual Seminar

Optimized for the virtual environment, this ½ day seminar will consist of presentations, group discussions, breakout group sessions, polls and short breaks. This is an opportunity to do a deep dive on a new topic and leave with tools that you can put in to practice immediately. While optimized for interactive participation, a recording of the presentation portion of this course will be provided to all registrants while the Q/A segment will not be recorded in order to provide a safe space for live participation.
