Ideation Framework
Event Information
Description
How can you effectively learn if people will use (or buy) a new business idea before you built it?
Eli Bozeman, Sr. Director of Product Management for RMS, will share the process that they use to help anyone, no matter how technical, validate new product ideas before they are built. He will tell the story of how a first time entrepreneur went from an idea to a fully functioning prototype that he then used to test with potential customers in about 2 days. Eli will discuss how this process drives clarity among a team and reduces the technical and overall risk of a project. Participants will be guided through a number of exercises to practice the process.
